The best way to evaluate the fantastic features of our Online Shops is by browsing our demonstration (demo) shop. This shows the standard functionality available from our ELOADED PLUS version of osCommerce.

Your shop will come in two parts: a shop front where your customers browse and buy, and a password protected admin area where you administer your online shop. Here we show you screen shots of the ELOADED PLUS admin area. The point-and-click nature of the admin area means that it is very easy to use.
From the admin area you can control the content of your site via easy to use web pages using a menu driven system.
The admin area to your site is accessed using a web browser such as 'Internet Explorer'. The whole of the Admin Area is password protected so that only you can gain access.
You can create and edit categories. Any changes will appear instantly.
You can add/edit or delete products. Even adding more complex product descriptions is easy via a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor. This means that you do not need any programming skills. Although, for the more advanced, you can add html code to your product descriptions and content if you want to.
Adding a product image is easy too. Simply select the image to upload from your PC.

You can view and edit customer records.
You can check new orders.
Print invoices or packing slips or simply view the order in more detail. It is also a good idea to update the status of your orders and notify your customers of the updates e.g. "Your order was despatched today – it will be with you in 2 to 3 working days" etc. You can do this here with only a few clicks.
Your customers will be sent an order confirmation email when an order is placed. You can choose to receive a copy of the same email.
You can create a database backup in just a few clicks. We also offer advice on the best way to backup your site on an on-going basis.
You can bulk upload product data. This is a very powerful advanced method for bulk uploading product information via a CSV (spreadsheet) file.
You can add and edit meta tag information.
You can update the 'information pages' in your site. It is important to keep important content like your 'terms and conditions' up-to-date. You can edit these or create new pages easily.
You can track who visits your site. As standard we include visitor statistics which even allow you to trace the pages individual customers visit. We can also add basic 'Google Analytics' page tracking for no extra cost if you require further visitor stats. 'Google Analytics' is currently a free service provided by Google for tracking website visitors.
