All prices are exclusive of VAT. There is no minimum contract and our services to you can be cancelled at any time by informing eShopFitters in writing. It is worth noting that your online presence can take time to get established on the internet. We recommend that you give any new web site at least 6 months before evaluating its true performance.
You have full control over your products and the way that your online shop does business. You can have unlimited products and unlimited categories, provided that you have enough web space to hold all the data.
We require a deposit of £50 or 50% of the full cost, depending on which is greater, before any work commences. See our Step by Step Guide for more details of when the remaining payments are required. Your site may be suspended if fees are not paid within 7 days of the due date. Your site will be deleted if fees are not paid within 30 days of the due date (see our Terms and Conditions).
A .co.uk, .com, .biz or .net domain name (e.g. www.mybusiness.co.uk) is included within the Set-up Fee if the domain is to be the primary domain for your new online shop. We may require your help to secure your chosen domain name on your behalf. We cannot guarantee securing your first choice of domain name. The domain name will be registered for two years in your name and remains your property. You will need to renew the domain with the issuing authority after two years.
Additional work:
- For further development and support, outside that already included by the e-commerce packages, an Hourly Rate of £50 per hour is payable. This fee will be not applied without first giving a fixed quote for the number of hours required and is charged in half hour portions.
