Recover Cart Sales is a clever admin based contribution which allows the store owner to easily track and email customers who did not complete the checkout process.
The first extra page in admin allows you to email customers who have not completed checkout. These are customers who have signed in and added items to their shopping cart but have not ordered. The email can be individualised but by default there is a gentle reminder that they have items in their cart, and that you, the store owner, are looking for feedback e.g. was there a technical issue or are the shipping costs too high.
A further admin page shows basic statistics generated from the number of customers contacted and the amount of sales converted.
This is an admin contribution and no changes are made to the shop front.
