We work to fixed price quotes - the price you agree is the price you pay. The quote we provide is based on a rate of £60 per hour. Individual contributions are priced according to our experience of integrating them to a standard osCommerce website. We can only give a definitive fixed price quote after discussing your requirements and visiting your existing site. There are cost savings available when adding multiple contributions at the same time because of our reduced setup time - please call for details.

No two projects are same but our usual work plan follows a four step process:

	Contact us for a no obligation chat about your requirements. You will be amazed at what useful advice you can pick-up from our osCommerce experts.
	If you wish to continue, we issue you with a fixed price quote for the work discussed and an estimated timescale for the project.
	If you are satisfied with our quote and our terms of service, we will start work on your project once we receive a deposit of £60 or 50% of the full cost depending on which is greater.
	We make a copy of your site on our server. This way your shop is still open for business as usual. While we carry out the development work, you can monitor our progress via secure access to our development area. Once complete and thoroughly tested, we ask you to approve the changes to your site. Once we receive full payment of all outstanding fees, your site is then uploaded at an agreed date and time. We offer 30 days technical support for the updates to your site.
