As standard your customers must create an account and/or sign in before the shipping charges are calculated. This is because the shipping desination must be known before an accurate figure can be given for the shpiping costs. This contribution provides a handy way around this. A shipping quote is shown, usually in the shopping cart infobox, whenever a customer adds an item to their cart. The quote will default to the home country but this can be changed by the customer. The new information presented in the shopping cart infobox is the same as that given on the checkout_shipping.php page.
