Once you have accepted our fixed price quote and provided a deposit, we will start work on your web site. Initially, we will contact you to discuss your requirements in more detail. A new Online Shop is usually created by carrying out the following steps.

Step 1

Step 2
Get in touch: Submit a quote request, contact us or call us on 0800 7879 079. We believe that we will both benefit from a chat on the telephone regarding your project. This is where we listen to you and then explain what we do and offer advice. Our staff are friendly and will use plain English not “techie” talk!
Step 3
If you are still interested after our telephone conversation we will send you a quote via email. You will normally get this within a few hours of your call. If you wish to go ahead with a new site we ask for a deposit from you of 50% of the full cost of the project.
Step 4
Once we have received your deposit we initially send you a questionnaire to help us gather more information about your business. It asks things like: how you want to do business, delivery options, how you would like to take payments, your contact details, photographs, digital images, and the product information for your first five products - try to send us your most complicated products e.g. multiple colour and size choices, male and female versions, etc.
We then chat with you regarding your returned questionnaire and your site design. At this stage we might show you example designs or ask you to show us existing sites that you like.
Step 5
We now spring into action to get you up and running as quickly as possible with the site and design that you want. We normally have a development version of your site ready for you with in one week. We combine your design requirements and the information you have given us to create a fully functioning online shop. We add your textural information (if required), setup the online payment methods and delivery methods, and stock your new Online Shop with its first five products.
You are then asked to approve your new shop design in our secure test area.
At this stage you can start to add your products to the site. You may need to demonstrate the web site to your bank to gain approval for a new online merchant account. This time is also ideal for making test orders and familiarising yourself with the admin area of the shop.
Step 6
Your new site goes LIVE! When you are ready and once you have paid any outstanding fees we move your shop from the test area to its live web address. This might mean that your site is hosted by our hosting partner or hosted elsewhere. Regardless of your hosting arrangements we will transfer your site and leave you ready to start selling.
We provide 30 days of technical support from the day your new site goes live. To help you run your new shop, you will have access to our online 'Admin User Guide'. This is an easy-to-use quick-reference to accompany the admin section of your shop. The information is presented in sections corresponding to the options available in the admin area, allowing you to quickly and painlessly gain the knowledge that you need to administer your new shop.
